The Chip Hale Center has been designated as a 3-star agency for 2012 by the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD). DIDD reviews the agency's programs, level of performance, and quality of services and support provided to the individuals. In order to be a 3-star agency, The Chip Hale Center maintained the achievement of a performance rating of Proficient on Quality Assurance surveys for two consecutive years!
