Home Criteria
Criteria for Services
  1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
  2. Must be approved for Department of Intellectual Disabilities Services (DIDS).
  3. Must have a full scale IQ of 69 or below.
  4. Lives or will live in Hawkins, Sullivan, or Greene County.
  5. Has not been convicted of a felony.
